This is a lovely vintage enamel wash brooch / pin signed by ART. He has a transparent topaz oval cabochon belly and round topaz cabochon eyes. The brooch is finished in an enamel wash in a yellow / green and copper color over gold tone metal. He has clear sparkling rhinestones on his head and tail.
